She has 20+ years’ experience in human resources, education, training and consulting. She holds a master’s degree in psychology and is a Gold Medalist in Applied Psychology (Hons) from Delhi University. She is a UGC-NET scholar. She has done her HR specialization from SCMHRD, Pune and has worked in entire gamut of HR, expert in performance management, analysis and devising motivating plans, handled many induction programs, campus drives, training and appraisals. She has designed and delivered various training programs on self-development areas, has coached close to 5000+ management and engineering students.
Her aim is to guide clients to a greater level of self-awareness and understanding of the impact we have on others, and to give themselves permission to live authentic and transformative lives in which they are fully aware of their own choices.
