Giving yourself permission to feel ALL emotions that you are having during these tough times, will help you to survive and thrive.
Don’t suck it up, squash it down, don’t ignore them, EMBRACE them.
Doing an emotional check in every 2 hrs(the tool that I learnt from Six Seconds) is really helping me.
